Parents and the Community
At Wroughton Infant School we like to involve our parents and the community in our lives. We try to be as diverse as we can by running coffee mornings, Pre-School music sing - a - long sessions as well as our annual events such as Spring and Summer Fayres, Harvest Festival services at our church St John the Baptist and St Helen aswell as our Christmas and end of year production performed by our Year 2 children.

About me
I am married and have 3 daughters, 1 is in 6th form at The Ridgeway School, 1 is at University and the eldest who is 25 has a son and lives with her partner. I have worked at Wroughton Infants for the past 13 years and have lived in the village for 15 years, I have always had a passion for making things happen, so I will now try my hardest to make things happen in your school and community that will benefit us all.
What will I be doing
I will be working to improve communications and partnerships between the school and the community.
Source funding to provide extra learning experiences for the children.
Initiating projects within the community which will benefit everyone.
Raise the profile of the school by promoting all our outstanding achievements.
Working with local charities to increase community awareness.

I can be found on a Friday in the office.

If you have contacts that could help with local projects and experiences for the children please share them with me.
