International: Chinese New Year 2012

This is the Year of the Dragon and the whole school will be celebrating this year. The Spring Festival, as it is also known, begins on 23rd January this year. We will be making lots of lanterns, money wallets and dragons to help celebrate. We tried some Chinese food and learned all about the traditions behind this amazing celebration. Gong Hee Fat Choy (Happy New Year) from everyone at Wroughton Infant School.
